It arrived with a crooked trigger. Honestly, I would pay a little more for a better material box or for them to pack it in a better way so that it doesn't arrive so affected by the journey.

Although the shipping cost was a bit high, the delivery was quite fast. The packaging was sloppy, and the product was just placed in the box without any cushioning material. The box was also quite damaged and crushed. The included accessories are a charging cable and spare rubber. Everything works normally, and the fit with the smartphone is good, making it comfortable to hold. The product itself is excellent. The cooling performance is average. The battery runtime was sufficient for playing games.
